Ingredients
- 1 box yellow, butter cake mix
- 1 small box pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix first five ingredients together, cake mix through sour cream, until well combined
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans
- Pour half of the cake mix into a greased, bundt pan. Sprinkle the nut mixture over the top of the cake mix. Pour the remaining cake batter on top of the nut mixture
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
- Allow cake to cool before removing from pan
