Luis Gonzalez's Pistachio Cake

You too can hit a home run with this bundt!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow, butter cake mix
  • 1 small box pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix first five ingredients together, cake mix through sour cream, until well combined
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans
  4. Pour half of the cake mix into a greased, bundt pan. Sprinkle the nut mixture over the top of the cake mix. Pour the remaining cake batter on top of the nut mixture
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
  6. Allow cake to cool before removing from pan

Notes

Serve with a tall glass of cold milk!
