Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 4 strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Whisk milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla together in large bowl until combined
- Cover milk mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until thick and texture resembles pudding
- Spoon pudding into a glass and top with blueberries, coconut and strawberries
