Vanilla and Mixed Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 4 strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  • Whisk milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla together in large bowl until combined
  • Cover milk mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until thick and texture resembles pudding
  • Spoon pudding into a glass and top with blueberries, coconut and strawberries
  • Seize the day!
