Ingredients
- 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Whisk yogurt, flax seed and honey together in a large bowl until combined
- Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt mixture into a chilled glass or jar
- Add a layer each of peanut butter, strawberry preserves, blueberries, bananas, and graham cracker crumbs
