Ingredients
- 1/4 cup old-fashoned rolled oats uncooked
- 1 cup milk low-fat
- 1 cup ice optional if using frozen fruit
- 6 ounces Greek yogurt low-fat
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit mix of strawberry, mango, pineapple
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves loosely packed
- 1-2 tsp chia or flax seeds optional
Instructions
- Add oatmeal to the blender. Pulse until almost finely ground
- Place remaining ingredients, milk through seeds, into the blender. Puree until smooth
- Pour into individual cups and serve immediately
