Method
Add oatmeal to the blender. Pulse until almost finely ground
Place remaining ingredients, milk through seeds, into the blender. Puree until smooth
Pour into individual cups and serve immediately

OPTIONAL: Beneficial natural flavor enhancers to consider adding to your green smoothie: fresh ginger, turmeric, ground cinnamon, cilantro or mint.
