Easy Protein Banana Pudding

Same creaminess and delicious taste as the traditional favorite but with 23g of protein and way less sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings
  • vanilla wafers crushed
  • banana slices

Instructions

  • Blend cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Add a splash of milk if the consistency is too thick. Taste your pudding and add more maple syrup if desired.
  • Spoon the pudding into a glass bowl. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for an hour or more. Before eating, add banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers on top.
