- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- vanilla wafers crushed
- banana slices
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add a splash of milk if the consistency is too thick. Taste your pudding and add more maple syrup if desired.
- Spoon the pudding into a glass bowl. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for an hour or more. Before eating, add banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers on top.
