Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain Greek or regular yogurt
- 1/4 cup 2% Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey, plus more for drizzling
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Blueberries, or favorite fruit, divided
Instructions
- Stir together yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries
- Spread into even layer on parchment paper–lined baking tray
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries on top and drizzle with additional honey
- Place tray in freezer for approx four hours or until the mixture is frozen through
- Using tip of large knife, break into shards, serve immediately. Store leftovers in airtight container in freezer
