Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, or grease pan with oil or cooking spray
- Mix oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and cream cheese together in large bowl until it forms a crumbly dough
- Fold in milk and crumbled sandwich cookies until dough comes together
- Press dough firmly into prepared pan
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes
- Cut into twelve bars
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve
