Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- For best results place your bowl and whisk in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
- Make sure your cream is also very cold
- Once everything is sufficiently chilled, pour all of the ingredients into the bowl and whisk on high for about a minute until stiff peaks form.
- Make sure not to over-whip the cream so it stays soft and fluffy.
- Refridgerate leftovers in a container with lid.
