Originating in India, lassi is a creamy, refreshing, yogurt-based drink that also includes water, spices and sometimes fruit.

Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt: plain
  • 1/2 cup milk: whole, 2%, 1%, or skim
  • 1 cup mango, chopped: fresh or frozen (may also use 1 cup canned mango pulp)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Dash ground cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Serve over ice
