Originating in India, lassi is a creamy, refreshing, yogurt-based drink that also includes water, spices and sometimes fruit.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt: plain
- 1/2 cup milk: whole, 2%, 1%, or skim
- 1 cup mango, chopped: fresh or frozen (may also use 1 cup canned mango pulp)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Dash ground cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Serve over ice
