Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  1. For best results place your bowl and whisk in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Make sure your cream is also very cold

  3. Once everything is sufficiently chilled, pour all of the ingredients into the bowl and whisk on high for about a minute until stiff peaks form.

  4. Make sure not to over-whip the cream so it stays soft and fluffy.

  5. Refridgerate leftovers in a container with lid.
