The mission of this nutrition conference is to network with other like-minded professionals, earn continuing professional education units, learn about the latest science-based research surrounding nutrient-dense foods, and receive resources to assist with client education.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Fueling the Formative Years”. Child nutrition from womb to 18 years old will be explored throughout the conference by six respected and influential thought leaders in the health and wellness industry.
We invite all local school nutrition professionals and health professionals, including but not limited to registered dietitians, doctors, dentists, nurses, and physician assistants, to this event.
Continental breakfast and buffet lunch will be provided at the conference.
The Herd That! Dairy Council of AZ (DCAZ) Nutrition Conference awards 6.0 CPEUs in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s CPEU Prior Approval Program.
The 2024 Dairy Council of Arizona Farm Tour awards 2.50 CPEUs in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s CPEU Prior Approval Program. In addition, the farm tour credits 2.5 CEUs and 6.0 CEUs for Professional Standards for School Nutrition Professionals.
