Sustainability has always been one of our big things.  We grow over half the food our cows eat, and LED barn lighting has reduced our electricity by 50%. Because milk isn’t the only thing our cows produce, methane gas is collected and converted into enough energy to power over four hundred Arizona homes.These efforts contributed to Stotz Dairy being presented with the 2014 Environmental Stewardship Award by late Senator John McCain.
