Craig Caballero is a second-generation dairy farmer and the owner of Caballero Dairy Farms in Eloy, Arizona. His deep roots in the industry began on his family’s dairy in Gilbert, providing him with a lifelong foundation in Arizona agriculture.

Craig earned a degree in Business from Grand Canyon University before embarking on a career in professional sports. He played as a catcher in Minor League Baseball for both the Detroit Tigers and Chicago Cubs organizations. After his time on the field, Craig returned to his family’s legacy, acquiring the dairy and continuing his father’s commitment to the local farming community.

A dedicated leader in the agricultural sector, Craig currently serves as the Interim CEO and Chairman of United Dairymen of Arizona. He is passionate about advocating for the dairy industry and navigating the dynamic changes within the state’s agricultural landscape.

Craig and his wife, Heather, reside in Arizona with their four children. He remains actively involved in supporting the next generation through their various athletic and agricultural pursuits.
