Cheesy Cottage Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Using a fork or whisk, stir to combine. Then add the cottage cheese and mix with a wooden spoon. Using your hands, form the dough into a ball. Lightly coat your hands with flour if the dough is too sticky.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, use a floured rolling pin to roll out the dough into a large rectangular shape.
  • Sprinkle the dough with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. The bread will be golden brown and firm in the middle.
