Ingredients

bottle
red wine

cups
whole milk
room temperature
1
can
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1
package
12 ounces dark chocolate chip or 1 scoop of cacao powder
1
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
4
cinnamon sticks
Instructions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. *make sure the fresh milk is at room temp to avoid curdling)
Cook 60 to 70 minutes on HIGH or until chocolate is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring every 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to low.
Serve and enjoy!
