Blueberry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Greek or regular yogurt
  • 1/4 cup 2% Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Blueberries, or favorite fruit, divided

Instructions

  • Stir together yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • Spread into even layer on parchment paper–lined baking tray
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries on top and drizzle with additional honey
  • Place tray in freezer for approx four hours or until the mixture is frozen through
  • Using tip of large knife, break into shards, serve immediately. Store leftovers in airtight container in freezer
