Stir together yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries
Spread into even layer on parchment paper–lined baking tray
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries on top and drizzle with additional honey
Place tray in freezer for approx four hours or until the mixture is frozen through
Using tip of large knife, break into shards, serve immediately. Store leftovers in airtight container in freezer
