- 4 5.3oz flavored yogurt preferably orange colored
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup lychees peeled, halved and seed removed
- 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
- 1 nectarine peeled and chopped
1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment or wax paper.2. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt cartons together until smooth. Pour into the pan.3. Insert blueberries into halved lychees to make "googly eyes".
4. Place kiwi, nectarine, blueberries and lychees on top of the yogurt.5. Place the pan in the freezer until set.6. Cut the yogurt bark into pieces and serve.
