plain nonfat Greek yogurt

flax seeds

tbsp
honey

all-natural peanut butter
1/2
cup
strawberry preserves
1/2
cup
blueberries
1
banana peeled and sliced
1/2
cup
graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
Whisk yogurt, flax seed and honey together in a large bowl until combined
Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt mixture into a chilled glass or jar
Add a layer each of peanut butter, strawberry preserves, blueberries, bananas, and graham cracker crumbs
