PB & J Greek Yogurt

A new twist on an old classic
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

  1. Whisk yogurt, flax seed and honey together in a large bowl until combined
  2. Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt mixture into a chilled glass or jar
  3. Add a layer each of peanut butter, strawberry preserves, blueberries, bananas, and graham cracker crumbs
