Air Fryer Pasta Chips With Creamy Chipotle Sauce

  • Air fryer


  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp ground chipotle pepper powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • Cook rigatoni in large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions; drain well
  • Toss cooked rigatoni, oil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder together in large bowl
  • Coat air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray and preheat to 350°F
  • Working in batches, cook rigatoni until golden-brown and crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes
  • Meanwhile, combine lime juice, chipotle pepper and sour cream in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve pasta chips with sour cream mixture for dipping
