No Bake Cookies and Cream Protein Bars

A new take on the usual protein shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, or grease pan with oil or cooking spray
  • Mix oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and cream cheese together in large bowl until it forms a crumbly dough
  • Fold in milk and crumbled sandwich cookies until dough comes together
  • Press dough firmly into prepared pan
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes
  • Cut into twelve bars
  • Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve
