Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, or grease pan with oil or cooking spray
Mix oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and cream cheese together in large bowl until it forms a crumbly dough
Fold in milk and crumbled sandwich cookies until dough comes together
Press dough firmly into prepared pan
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes
Cut into twelve bars
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve
