Luis Gonzalez's Pistachio Cake

You too can hit a home run with this bundt!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow, butter cake mix
  • 1 small box pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix first five ingredients together, cake mix through sour cream, until well combined
  • In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans
  • Pour half of the cake mix into a greased, bundt pan. Sprinkle the nut mixture over the top of the cake mix. Pour the remaining cake batter on top of the nut mixture
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
  • Allow cake to cool before removing from pan

Notes

Serve with a tall glass of cold milk!
