Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar


  • For best results place your bowl and whisk in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
  • Make sure your cream is also very cold
  • Once everything is sufficiently chilled, pour all of the ingredients into the bowl and whisk on high for about a minute until stiff peaks form.
  • Make sure not to over-whip the cream so it stays soft and fluffy.
  • Refridgerate leftovers in a container with lid.
