Spread hot fudge in a circle on a small plate.

Rim the glass by turning it upside down and spinning it through the fudge

In a cocktail shaker, combine the chocolate milk, vanilla vodka, and creme de cocoa

Shake until frothy

Pour into hot fudge rimmed glass

Finish with chocolate shavings if desired
