Jessica V., program advisor at San Cayetano Elementary in Rio Rico, AZ, won the 2018 Super Bowl LI contest
“Fuel Up to Play 60 is an exceptional program that has provided invaluable support to me and my students. I am not overstating when I say that they have made my job as a P.E. teacher easier and the lives of my students healthier.
As if that wasn’t enough, they gave me the opportunity to participate in a contest to go to the Super Bowl. The process itself helped me become more aware of how much my students had learned and benefited from the program, and how highly my peers thought about Fuel Up to Play 60.
I can’t explain how surprised I was when I learned that I had won two tickets to go to the Super Bowl! I can honestly say that going to the Super Bowl was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Being a part of that one moment in time and sharing it with my husband (a football fanatic) is an experience that we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.
I am grateful to Fuel Up to Play 60 for everything that they’ve done for me, but I am especially grateful to know that my students will grow up to be well-informed adults when it comes to their health.
