Cool Dairy Grant

I agree and understand that if I am applying for Offering 2 (Cheese Curd Double Product Match), the site must be responsible for purchasing between 1 and up to 10 one pound bags of plain white Arizona Farms cheese curds on site at the Milk N’ More store (located at 2008 S Hardy Dr. Tempe, AZ 85282; operating hours are Monday-Friday 6 AM-6 PM). The only curd product eligible for this grant is the plain white cheese curds. The maximum amount that a food bank or food pantry can apply for is 10, one pound bags (with a match of 20 bags, so the grant recipient would be going to the food bank or food pantry with a total of 30 bags, as feasible). Note that each bag of curds costs approximately $6.62 with tax. These one pound bags of cheese curds must be used only for donations to food bank or food pantry patrons. Once grant recipients have been selected to be awarded, the grant recipient will need to schedule with Lauren Peña and Laura Lavine a date and time that works for the grant recipient to pick up all of the bags of cheese curds from the Milk N’ More store. Once this is scheduled, the grant awardee will need to pick up their bags on site at Milk N’ More. Please note that the grant recipient’s organization must have transportation that would be able to pick up on site at Milk N’ More and ample space for the total cheese curd bags in their vehicle. Parking is free on site. Grant recipients would need to speak to the cashier at Milk N’ More to pull their order of cheese curd bags. The cashier will ring up the cheese curd bags that the site will be paying for and then the matched curd bags will be rung up using a promo code. Essentially, the grant awardee will be asked to buy between one and 10 bags then get matched double for the total bags of cheese curds purchased. Note that the grant site needs to pick up all of the bags of cheese curds at once in one transaction with Milk M’ More, a grant awardee cannot pick up the “double matched bags” at another time. The site also agrees to take photos of the products being handed out to food bank or food pantry customers or to take photos of staff around the donated products and send them to Lauren Peña at lauren.pena@dairycouncilofaz.org.
