Breakfast Banana Split

  • 1 banana cut in half, lengthwise
  • 1/2-2/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons all-fruit preserves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons raspberries
  1. Place two banana halves in a serving dish or bowl

  2. Add cottage cheese on top of banana

  3. Drizzle with fruit preserves (if you want it to look pretty and have more of a drizzle consistency, add a small amount of hot water

  4. Top with fruit and chopped nuts

  5. Additional topping options: cinnamon, shredded coconut, raisins or other fresh fruit
